• Custom song composition and arrangement according to your requirements
• Lyric writing (custom or ready lyrics)
• Professional recording and production
• Multi-language support (Arabic, English, Spanish, Turkish)
• Singer selection (male/female) and music type options
• Song cover design (simple or custom)
• SoundCloud upload services
• Mixing, mastering, and post-production services

3. Orders and Payment

When placing an order, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information (name, phone, song details)
• Clearly specify your requirements (language, singer, music type, cover)
• Pay via bank transfer and submit payment receipt
• Adhere to agreed delivery timelines
• Provide song lyrics or details required for custom writing

All payments are non-refundable except in specific cases agreed upon in advance.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Regarding intellectual property rights:

• You retain rights to original content you provide
• We retain rights to our creative work and final product
• You may use the final product for agreed purposes
• Resale or redistribution without written permission is prohibited

5. Timing and Delivery

We are committed to delivering work within agreed timeframes. However, deliveries may be delayed due to:

• Changes in requirements after work has begun
• Failure to provide required information on time
• Circumstances beyond our control

6. Revisions and Modifications

We provide a limited number of free revisions and modifications according to agreed terms. Any additional modifications may require additional fees.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before work begins. After production starts, cancellation fees may apply based on the work completed.

9. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages that may arise from using our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the paid service.
